External liberation means having the resources to live life on our own terms. Not having to ask anyone permission when we want to take vacations. Being our own boss.
My coaching style is based on the 3 principles, also known as the inside-out understanding. My clients are ready to go deep and look at how they are holding themselves back, because they know that's the only way they get do their lives work.
